Can you provide the following compliance documents for US Imports?

3rd Party Food Safety Audit Certification which verifies that preventive controls are applied by manufacturers (ISO, FSSC, BRC, IFS etc.), and an audit report.

Certificate of Analysis (COA) from supplier or an outside laboratory showing testing for a hazard of concern (laboratory results confirming quality of products and showing that the products are within acceptable for food safety parameters)

A copy of supplier’s Food Safety Plan and preventive control Records which demonstrate that hazards are identified, and preventive controls are applied, and a full hazard analysis.

Letter of Continuing Guarantee, which states in writing that the products purchased by GMI-Trading LLC are safe and comply with all applicable regulations (FDCA, FSMA, FSVP)
