1. About this Notice

This privacy notice supplements the information contained in Online Privacy Notice, applies only to the residents of California ("consumers", "you"), and sets out how we collect and use personal information about you in compliance with our obligations under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020.

We collect and use the following categories of personal information as described in Online Privacy Notice, and also:

Identifiers: such as your name, address, phone number, email address, certain business information, payment details, locations, or other similar identifiers.
Commercial Information: such as your use of services and products, history of past orders.
Protected Classification Characteristics: such as age, gender, religion, and disability information.
Internet/Network Information: such as your IP address, or browser or device information.

Other Personal Identifiable Information: such as information you provide to us when you purchase products from us or setting up the account, including business specific details, preferences in choosing the products, information you permit us to see when interacting with us through social media, or comments and opinions you provide to us such as when you post on message boards, blogs or complete an online form, and any health screening information you provide to us.
Inferences: including information generated from your use of the Site or Application reflecting predictions about your interests and preferences.

3. Why We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

We collect and use your personal information for the following purposes:

  • Auditing related to counting ad impressions to unique visitors, verifying positioning and quality of ad impressions, and auditing compliance
  • Helping to ensure security and integrity and prevent fraud
  • Debugging to identify and repair errors that impair functionality
  • Short-term, transient use, including, but not limited to, non-personalized advertising shown as part of your current interaction with us
  • Performing services including maintaining or servicing accounts, providing customer service, processing or fulfilling orders and transactions, verifying customer information, processing payments, providing financing, and providing analytic services

Within Corporate Organization

Our Company has a complex legal structure with legal entities, business processes, management structures, and technical systems. We may share your personal information within the Company's corporate organization.

The Company works closely with affiliated businesses operating website stores, providing services or selling products on each other's websites. These businesses identify themselves to customers. Customer information related to a transaction with an affiliated business is shared with that affiliated business.

Marketing Analysis by Third Parties

The Company reserves the right to disclose to third parties personal information about customers for marketing analysis; however, any information disclosed will be in the form of aggregate data that does not describe or identify an individual customer.

Disclosure to Governmental Authorities

Under certain circumstances, personal information may be subject to disclosure under a judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants or orders.

We do not sell personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.

The Right to Access and Portability

The right to obtain access to the personal information we have collected about you and, where required by law, the right to obtain a copy of the personal data in a portable and readily usable format.

The Right to Request Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of personal information that we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.

The Right to Correction

You have the right to request that any inaccuracies in your personal information be corrected, taking into account the nature of the personal information and the purposes of the processing of your personal information.

  1. A power of attorney valid under the laws of California from you or your authorized agent; or
  2. Sufficient evidence to show that you have:
    1. Provided the authorized agent signed permission to act on your behalf; and
    2. Verified your own identity directly with us pursuant to the instructions set forth in this Notice

10. Updates to This California Privacy Notice

We will update this Notice from time to time. When we make changes to this Notice, we will publish them stating the date of last amendment. All changes shall be effective from the date of publication unless otherwise provided in the notification.
